Warehouse Tour: Southern Champion Tray, Amnicola Distribution Center

Tour Date: February 13, 2019 // 9:00AM – 10:30AM
Location: SCT, 3480 Amnicola Highway, Chattanooga, TN 37406

Parking/Entrance: please park in the spaces along Amnicola Highway and enter in the Center Section Door (adjacent to dock door number 25). We will have signage and someone in the lot to direct you on the day of the tour.

This will be a walking tour of a working warehouse, we will break up into small groups to better facilitate questions. Please wear appropriate shoes, no open toed shoes allowed. During the tour will review:
Order prep
Picking, staging, loading
Inbound receipts
Warehouse layout strategy
Productivity Pay Plan

We are excited to have you tour our Chattanooga warehouse facility, Southern Champion Tray is a 92 year old business, specializing in paperboard packaging. Through our Amnicola Distribution Center we service all 50 states, the facility operates three shifts, five days per week. Southern Champion also operates a private fleet of over the road trucks, our truck service facility is located behind the warehouse, will also be open to tour, time permitting.
