Bellhops started from a dorm room with the purpose of serving college students.  The company has grown and is now a full service moving company operating in 31 cities across 13 states.
Cam Doody set out to fix the moving industry by providing customers with a completely different experience.  In order to fix the moving industry, Bellhops had to fix the labor pool.
Cam will share the amazing journey of Bellhops and discuss how his team created a company culture that would attract, challenge and retain a young workforce while providing customers with a completely different experience.
During the lunch and learn, Cam will be joined by other industry representatives for a Q&A session to discuss strategies for engaging the millennial workforce.
