Essential Communication Skills During Times of Uncertainty

COVID-19 presented many challenges to leaders around the globe. We see engineering managers, project managers, operation managers and team leaders having to redesign process, research new guidelines, and share information with stakeholders to move projects forward. Communication skills are more critical than ever.
In this interactive session, designed specifically for technical leads, our speakers will provide guidance on:

  • Effective communication during challenging time
  • Impact of relationships on communication
  • Communicating facts with compassion
  • Importance of listening, not just hearing
  • Staying connected with others
