About the Presenters:
Stacie Caraway is an employment law strategist, advisor and litigator. She is a partner with Miller & Martin and as part of her practice there advises employers of all sizes in how to apply laws like the FMLA, the ADA, Title VII and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act to appropriately make employment decisions relating to employee hiring, discipline, accommodations and discharge and in designing their employee handbooks, other policies and employment agreements. She also provides on-site supervisor and HR training and is a frequent speaker at local, state and national employment law conferences. When all else fails, she also represents employers of all sizes in employment litigation and before the EEOC, the THRC and the DOL.
Dr. Jayant Eldurkar is a board-certified physician serving local and regional employers as part of Erlanger’s WorkForce Corporate Health program. He is currently the Medical Director for the program. He is certified by the American Board of Preventative Medicine/Occupational Medicine, a Certified Medical Review Officer and is listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.
