COVID-19 presented many challenges to leaders around the globe. We see engineering managers, project managers, operation managers and team leaders having to redesign process, research new guidelines, and share information with stakeholders to move projects forward. Communication skills are more critical than ever.

Presenters:
Mike O’Neal is the managing principal of BenchBuilders, a consulting company that help guide companies on management, human resource, education and training solutions. Mike has over 20 years of human resource experience. Mike has a BA degree from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a M. Ed from Vanderbilt University.
Rhonda Beard recently became a consultant and trainer with BenchBuilders after 15 years of leading human resource teams. She is also an adjunct faculty at Chattanooga State Community College. Rhona has a BA in Business and Finance from University of Michigan.
Emily Elrod is the President and Founder of Workzbe. With various principals she created, Workzbe helps clients create optimal environments for people to bring their whole selves to home, work, and play. After years of technical experience in engineering design, Emily is now designing better human interface. Emily has a BS in Exercise and Health Science and Chemistry, MS in Exercise Pysiology, all from Kennesaw State University.
