S&OP has been around since the 1980’s but many companies have been slow to adopt the formal process. It has the ability to provide for faster decisions, improved sales execution, and provide significant efficiencies. During the lunch and learn, participants will gain perspective of lessons learned and the overall impact a formal S&OP process has had for Sanofi.
Mike Kolff
Mike Kolff has 20+ years of experience in Supply Chain planning for consumer goods with Nabisco, Brach’s Confections and Sanofi CHC. His emphasis has been on Production/Materials Planning and Inventory management. Mike received his BS from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and an MBA from University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
Ellen Myars
Ellen Myers has 20+ years of experience in the Demand Planning role. She came to Chattanooga to work for Signal Apparel Company’s Supply Chain. From there, she enjoyed Demand Planning Brach’s Confections’ seasonal candy. In her current role, she was given the opportunity to establish a Demand Planning Department for Sanofi CHC (Chattem). Ellen received her BS in Economics from Russell Sage College and her MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
