      Shows a strong corporate commitment to safety
      Displays evidence of a solid environmental program with improvement as a target
      Displays evidence of energy reduction process improvements
      Displays evidence of quality improvements in the overall manufacturing process with the aim to provide the customer with zero defective products
      Shows evidence of continuous improvements & innovation in manufacturing methods
      Displays applied innovation and new technologies with significant business impact
      Employee Engagement & Appreciation
      Involvement in workforce development initiatives
      Displays evidence of community involvement
      Site is clean, safe and well organized
    • Energy/Environment:
      Displays evidence of a solid environmental program with improvement as a target, including written environmental policy
      Displays evidence of recycling program and waste reduction practices
      Displays evidence of energy reduction process improvements, including goals and initiatives
      Displays evidence of energy management strategy to increase overall efficiency
