Pathways to Prosperity of Southeast Tennessee is working in our school district to help prepare students for their future careers! By 2018, it is predicted that 57% of all jobs will require a skilled or technical degree, and employers consistently express their need for skilled workers to fill vital positions. With help from school counselors and teachers to incorporate specialized courses into their schedules, students will develop a foundation of relevant job skills to meet the needs of the labor market and their individual interests.
