Goods Receivables Coordinator
at our location in Dunlap, Tennessee.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shipping and Receiving:
 Coordinates the accurate and efficient receipt of all facility equipment and materials, including verification of quantity and quality of goods delivered in accordance with Standard Work
 Maintain and Audit Logistics Basics standards for adherence
 Ensure received product, WIP and Finished Goods are put away and pulled in FIFO order and on a timely basis
 Manages Plan for Every Part (PFEP) inventory in warehouse and advises production schedulers/material planners of overages and shortages as needed.
 Coordinates the accurate and efficient receipt of product per M&H requirements.
 Collects and maintains accurate receiving records.
 Ensures efficient and accurate replenishment of Warehouse Management / locator system.
 Assist in the maintenance of an orderly, safe and efficient warehouse work area.
 Ensures all applicable parties are notified of receipt of non-inventory item and that the MRO and non-inventory item receiving process is followed.
 Complete inspection of each trailer being received; completion of Inspection Sheet
 Keeps Warehouse Supervisor advised of recurring problems existing in the warehouse area which adversely affect work flow or inventory.
 Supports and fosters Continuous Improvement of Warehouse area and processes
 Assists Shipping Coordinators if necessary due to heavy ship periods, etc.
 Designated Key User for WM
Coordination of Warehouse Drivers and Schedules:
 Ensures all Shipping and Receiving Operations are conducted Safely in accordance with MIOSHA and Mann – Hummel Rules and Policies
 Ensure all team members are properly trained and documented on Individual and Overall Capability Matrix.
 Identify gaps in training. Develop training to skill up Associates in areas identified. Regularly review and adapt work manuals.
 Plan, review and coordinate daily attendance , assign, and direct work
 Ensure and implement coverage for planned absence periods due to vacation.
 Schedule Overtime as necessary to support plant operations and projects – Overtime must be approved by Supervisor
 Address, recognize and discuss discipline for Warehouse associates with Supervisor in accordance with the company policies and the law;
 Holds Daily 5 Minute Meeting at start of Shift – Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost
 Ensures understanding and adherence to Standard Work and Logistics Basics
YOUR PROFILE:
Education: High school diploma / GED
Experience/Skills:
 3 ~ 5 years manufacturing experience
 Understanding of lean manufacturing practices and 5S
 Experience utilizing Microsoft Office software applications and SAP
