Through apprenticeship programs, manufacturers are tackling their workforce challenges by upskilling top talent and training more new hires quickly.
Apprenticeship Works at the Robert C. Byrd Institute (RCBI) works with manufacturers across the country to establish and implement apprenticeship programs in 20 occupations. To date, Apprenticeship Works has partnered with companies in all 18 states, including Tennessee.
Apprenticeship Works is partially is partially supported by a $4.9 million grant from the U.S. Department of Labor.
